At Chessel Avenue, the property needed some serious TLC, and we stripped it brick by brick. Opened up the kitchen diner, created a new downstairs WC. Replastered the whole house, all new 2nd fix carpentry. We also put a brand new kitchen with breakfast bar and new family bathroom. This property had a very steep drive and parking wasn't the easiest, we dug out around 16 tonnes of soil to create two parking spaces and a new safe staircase to the front door.
